A User-Friendly Android-Based Tool for 868 MHz RF Traffic- and Spectrum-Analysis

In this paper, a software-based implementation of a Traffic Detective for radio traffic monitoring in the 868 MHz band is presented. Besides the user-friendly graphical user interface of the Android app, this paper reports about the algorithms used for traffic monitoring and automatic communication standard recognition, implementation aspects as well as the receiver hardware used.
